I purchased the bike from a dealer on the Isle of Wight, I have tried to find out how the bike got to the UK but to no avail and if there is any others in the UK.

The bike was indeed of restoration and missing several parts. I have purchased some of the missing parts from suppliers in the USA and Austria and completed the restoration. I have managed to register the bike for the road in the UK and understand it might be the only road registered Penton in the UK.
